Once dim and forgotten, this lakeside Spanish house carried the quiet weight of time. The owners hoped to revive it as a welcoming Airbnb retreat — bringing light, warmth, and new life back into the space with minimal intervention.

Rather than altering the structure, SYP Homes focused on subtle yet deliberate changes: soft wall finishes, linen and grey drapery, and a Mediterranean blue that now colours the kitchen and front door.

Small gestures transformed the atmosphere — darkened railings, sunlit textures, and bougainvillea framing the entrance.
