What This Stage Involves
Spatial layouts, proportions and zoning are refined based on the strategic direction established in consultation.
1. Design Development
Two distinct design directions are developed — each presenting a curated combination of furniture, lighting, materials and styling.
Through review and feedback, one direction is confirmed and refined into a final design scope.
2. Curated Selection & Direction
All selections are consolidated into a comprehensive design blueprint and structured specification, ready for procurement.
3. Detailed Specification
