This consultation establishes the strategic foundation for your project — clarifying spatial priorities, aesthetic direction and budget alignment before the design phase begins.
What We Assess
Space DNA, our free questionnaire exploring your natural relationship with space, forms part of your Bespoke Consultation. We consider your results alongside your household’s needs, floor plan, aesthetic preferences and budget to inform a personal design direction.

The consultation fee is deductible from our full-service design fee (valid for 3 months, *conditions apply).
Apartment Consultation:

(Suitable for apartments and compact living spaces.)
(Suitable for standalone homes with multi-zone evaluation.)
House Consultation:
$1,650
*Pricing is indicative for standard floor plans. For oversized apartments, multi-level penthouses, or highly complex layouts, investment may be adjusted prior to final confirmation.
