This home was shaped from the very beginning. From the early construction stage, SYP Homes worked closely with the owners to define the home’s material language — from the overall colour palette to the deep green marble kitchen bench, floor tiles, and the subtle balance of materials in the bathrooms.

The husband, a builder himself, approached the house as a long process of making. Meanwhile, the wife brought a quiet sensitivity to colour, objects, and everyday living.

Even the final artworks and sculptures were chosen not for decoration, but through moments of instinctive connection at local galleries — pieces the homeowner felt immediately drawn to.

Rather than designing for visual impact, every decision was guided by how the space would truly be lived in.
